The Family Stabilization Program (FSP) is an extension of Welfare-to-Work designed to help families experiencing crisis or additional barriers to work towards self-sufficiency.This 6-month program allows families to focus on stability through weekly contact with a FSP social worker, and a customized case plan to meet the families' needs.

- Months remaining in Family Stabilization

- Transportation Assistance
- Referrals to partner agencies
- Temporary/Permanent Housing
- Utility Assistance
- Lifting Welfare-to-Work Sanctions
How to Apply
Contact your Welfare-to-Work Social Worker to request a Family Stabilization referral
What Happens Next?
If your referral is approved, a Family Stabilization Social Worker will contact you to schedule an intake appointment.
